Havent received my airtime

On the 7th of this month i purchased R30 airtime via cell phone banking, they debited my money but never send my airtime, i've been up and dwn to many different branches in joburg cbd but, all of them cant help me, they've bn telling me to wait 7days they escalated the matter, when i go again they say the samethning today is the 24th of the month, am tired of this bad service and am using money to go to the branch, i need my MTN airtime, i know its not much but it belongs to me, i want it.
