Its my fault that their processes dont work

I inserted my bank card at Eloff Street ATM on the 29th September 2013 (Sunday), the ATM swalloed my bank card and I immediately called the 0800 200 600 number and asked them to stop my card. The next day on the 30th September 2013 (Monday) i went to Protea Gardens Standard Bank to enquire about the bank card, I was then informed that my salary was withdrawn on the 30 September 2013 and they will investigate and provide feedback within 10 working days. they gave me the ref number - 3424693. On the 17th October 2013 Standard Bank Consulatnt called me and advised me that there is nothing they can do, the moiney was withdrawn. I did not withdraw the money, i followed their procosess to ask them to stop the card, its obvious they did not stop the card and someone was able to withdraw the money trhe next day. Can you please assist in refunding my money as soon as possible. I will also log the matter with the Banking Ombudsman within the next 5 working days if I dont get any help from Standard Bank as they did not treat me fairly and the make me to take the blame for their inefficient processes. Why did they not stop it to prevent thugs from accesing my account I want my money back.
