UNHELPFUL BANK STAFF

I withdrew R600 from an fnb atm at parktown and received no cash so I retrieved my card and then received notification on my cellphone that the money was withdrawn I went in to report it and received no help from any staff in the past two weeks I went into the branch for the third time and lindiwe accused me of false things I stilll have not received my money
