Poor feedback

I done some repairs on my computer via the internet, when FNB sent a sms informed me that it could be a deal. I immediately contacted the FNB dept and they informed that I must complete a form. I went to the Bank and complete the form. They also said that the payment will not be done. They also ensure me that they will keep me informed of the case. They never came back to me. I phoned them n number of time to find out what is the status quo regarding this case with no feedback. A month later they informed me this case is closed and they could not assist me - payment done. WHY DID THEY INFORMED IT COULD BE A CASE and NO FEEDBACK AT ALL.
