Fnb clien and has never received such pathetic service from a bank. i checked my account on 02.01.2014 and picked up a amount withdrew from my account, went to the florida branch and consulted with a consulted that advised that she cannot tell me who or were the monies was draw, and had to logg an inciddent report on the 07.02.2014 and advised that dept will contact me within 10 working days, with no call or no follow up from the branch consultant i decided to call on the 22.01.2014 which is 13 days later to the dept to tell me (1) they have not recieved any docs from the branch (2ndly). they can see the monies was withdrawn from my acc from a STD Northcliff branch, however they cannot still investigate because i am still in possession of the card, what rubbish!!! and that i cannot get a refund. they have to cancel my card as it is deemed as a card when i have been using the card since the 02.01.2014. i have not ever drawn that amount of monies from my acc as i always operate from my debit card, i HAVE NOT received a sms notification when the monies was withdrawn from my account. i want my money back, i want video footage to be shown
