Sometime in May this year i noticed that R340, 00 was withdrawn from my account but i didn't get a notification even though have that facility on my cellphone. Then in June i was out of Nelspruit but i saw notification showing that R200 was withdrawn from my account in nelspruit then the same day R55 was withdrawn same day. I went to the bank and reported this issue and i was told to go and report to the police which i did and was given a case number which i took back to the bank, and i was told that they will communicate with me. There was no communication until i went there in august and was told that case was closed but there is no clear explanation as to what happened. After several trips to absa i l was given a letter which says it shows that i withdrew money with my card and there is nothing they can do. i requested that they tell me who appears in the cctv footage and was told that all the answers are with a lady in their head office by the name i h Portia and can olny talk to her on the phone, have tried calling her but noone picks up the phone. i never withdrew that money and i hope you can help me find what happened to my money.please help me to solve this puzzle thank you
