After my first complaint about no delivery, which I wrote on the 7th of October reference number : 270665NF.

till today I still dont have the device. I was told there is no stock for the device I ordered and I change the order to another device which I was told there is stock for but no luck with that as well. I placed my order on the 23rd of September, after a month still NOTHING!!

I have phoned all kinds of people and I have been sent from pillar to post, apparently because I changed the order it is my fault now, so I have to endure another waiting period of 10 to 15 Days. the reason why changed the order is because i was told there is no stock for the device I'm looking for. I changed it so that I dont have to run after FNB to deliver.

I am a big Fan FNB but this is proving to a very APPALLING experience.

I am now tired of this $h! t, I dont know what to do anymore. it has been a month of calling people who cant give me answers, I spoke to another one this morning again, threatened to call me back but never did.
