Smart Device Order still non existent

So I already logged a complaint that the Smart Device I ordered missed the promised delivery date due to stock constraints and would receive it in the beginning of January. Well I am in the second month of waiting for the device and its almost February. What is going on? Improve your process to let people know that the device is out of stock before they place their online order and suggest they go to an iStore to apply there as I could have received the device the same day.
