Fake promises to NEW clients

On 16 October I contacted the call centre to switch to FNB. Evelyn Govender assisted me. They offered me a gold cheque and credit card. I informed them from the start that I dont have my first payslip yet as I started at a new company. Evelyn said thats no problem they only need my offer of employment. I had to also get a settlement letter from RCS. Monday they contacted me stating they wont help me till I have a payslip. I called evelyn again and she said I must not worry she will sort it out. Again no answer from her just another call and sms from rude consultants requesting payslips. My cheque card would have been delivered today and I moved my meetings for this. TOday CCD says no only tomorrow. I moved to FNB because I want to buy a house next year, but if this is their services I think I should rather stop here. VERY POOR SERVICE
