I have applied for an new cheque account online on the 1st of february. A call centre agent phoned me about the bankstatements that was incorrect as they dont accept email bankstatments only the interim bankstatment. I had to go to my previous bank and get the bankstatments which I also dont understand as what is the use then I applied online as I now still need to go into the bank.. I forwarded to them and a few days later another person contacted me about my payslip that they dont have. I informed her that I have send ALL my documents on the ist email that was send and included in that was my payslip. I double cheked and forward her the email that I send the first time around with the payslip attached. She again phoned about the payslip and again for the 3rd time I have forward her the payslip. She contacted me AGAIN and now wanted my employment contact number to verify my employment as they still have not received my payslip and wanted to go aghead with my new account... Now its the 19th already and still no account and no one coming back to me informing what happened. All I need is someone to come back to me informing me if my application for a new cheque account was unsussesfu
