I ordered a credit card on the 26th of FEB. Not because i really needed one but because fnb offered it to me and i thought it would be a good idea to gain some credit history. The lady requested my payslip. I submitted it when i received it on the 4th of March. I was told it would be at my branch in 2-3 days. Today i go to my branch 6 working days later. No card. do they no where it is?? nope! they have nooooo idea, but the assure me it will be here soon.
Its a disgrace that they just make empty promises. And we are forced as south africans to accept shocking service, until one day where we can afford to bank with Investec.
Im exhausted with always having to complain. if you dont want to get the credit card, then please cancel it. my acc no is 62343152790, but dont play guessing games with me. cancel it or dont. i do not care, but please inform m of your choice asap.
In addition, i should make you aware of the conflict in interest of issuing a platinum cheque card to a customer and then a gold credit card. Think about it. this creates no incentive to use the credit card.
Just a thought.
