Broken website and terrible helpdesk

I tried to change my pin using your broken website. I just kept getting generic error's i then dialed the number the error message gave me to try and resolve the issue and got met by an unfriendly non helpful help desk agent. It so nice to see that you treat your loyal users so great with terrible technology that doesn't work and non helpful staff. Thank you discovery for not allowing me to change or retrieve my pin and wasting my time by calling your sub par helpdesk
