African Bank refusing to send paid up lette

I have settled my account with African Bank a month ago. They still deducted on my account after the settlement was done. Each time I call in I am being chased around with incompetent consultants who always tell me it will take 7 days for me to receive my paid up letter. but everytime the 7 days go pass with nothing happening.

I would like someone who knows what they are doing to please email me my paidup letter surely it does not take that long to do so. This is very upsetting as when I call transunion my details are also not updated that I have paid.
