ACCOUNT PAID-UP, DIFFICULT TO GET PAID-UP LETTER

I have had an account with Russels Store Midrand. After I lost my job, this account was handed over to legal and ended up at JJ Harmse, their collections agent. I have paid this account in full making payments directly to Russels account. I have asked a paid-up letter from JJ Harmse, as they monitor my payments and they acknowledge all my payments and they informed me that it is paid up. However they have been delaying to send me paid-up letter, and they refer me to JDG. When I call JDG I received an appalling service, spoke to a gentleman by the name Nkosinathi, who transferred me to other lines, where a lady would pick me up and transfer me somewhere else, till the 3rd line where my line was just dropped after holing over 6 minutes on the line. In order for me to make business with this company I need my paid-up letter and to clear the default in the credit bureau, but since I have already paid up my account no one seems to care to do the job anymore. When customers come to any of their stores, the are attended just to open an account, and make payments, what happens after that, they do not care. Seems like if customers are smart enough they should not bother to buy at JDG Stores
