3 months ago I was phoned by a man called Brian from JJ Harmse attorneys telling me that my account has been handed over to their legal firm for collection. He said I must pay R4250 per month to catch up with the arrears. I have since been making those monthly payments only to realize that JJ Harmse is not informing Ubank of the payments because I was called my a man called Kagiso last week asking me when I will be paying. I just wanted to find out if my account is still with Ubank or with JJ Harmse and where I must make payment please.
