FIFTH REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

After my last report i received a call from a consultant who told me that my account was sorted and that a paid up letter would be sent to me the next day. I am still waiting for that letter.

It seems that CellC doesnt care about their customers and that is a shame.

Once again i ask for this to be sorted out.

this is my story below... again.

HI there

I have bulk statements that prove that payment was made to Cell C but the wrong reference was used.

I am under debt review but it seems that the wrong reference was used when making the payments.

My account number is 00394471 but it seems that the reference that was used is 05092160.

Please note that the second account that was also paid with this debt review is my wife's account, Mrs. A.Chetty - Account ref. 00626535.

Her account is now paid up but my account has received no payment as per your legal department.

Both accounts were paid the same amount at the same time.

Please assist as I would like the paid up letter in order to complete my debt review.
