I Have had a Russels account back in 2008-2009, During this time period, my mother went and paid my account in full, even more than she should have paid. Since 2012 i keep getting emails that i must pay my account without procedure. I Phones Russels and ask them what the is going on, because i am listed on MBD. Russels then told me, i have no account anymore and as far as they concern, my account is fully paid off. I asked for a letter as proof, and i faxed it to MBD, and still i getting emails on i have to pay my account. I have asked for proof from there side so that i can see my account, but they never come back to me.

Every tie i try to phone them, the message came out the experience a high call volume, and ask to leave a message. when i do get through, they out me through to Russels department, but every single time the line cut off.

What am i suppose to do in this matter?
