I was handed over to VVM this year in Feb and I settled the Game/RCS card in full and now all i need is a letter stating that the account is paid up in full and I have been calling since May to get the letter for work reasons and I called in again today and spoke to a lady at RCS and she referred me to VVM because "she cant pick up the payment on their system" and I again called VVM and spoke to Mike Adonis (teamleader) and he said they are unable to pick up my account!! can somebody tell me whats going on here because I need that letter before COB today. Why is Rcs/vvm so quick to hand clients over and when the account is paid up, they dont care anymore???
