Don't register for UCount

I have been registered for UCount, only to find that I can only access the service AFTER I've registered online (this was new info to me, and unmentioned by the telemarketer who sold me the offering.)

Upon trying to register on the site, I found that Ucount was using my OLD cell number, which was very strange considering all of my other Standard Bank services had my NEW number for more than a year!

I called the call centre to get them to fix it, which they promised to do. Needless to say, almost a week later and the website still wont let me register because they are using my old number.

IN SUMMARY: I am being charged for a service I can't even register to use.

HIGHLY frustrating, a huge waste of time and money
