I cannot register for Ucount on the Standard Bank website as Standard Bank have got my old cellphone number that has not been in use for the past year. Therefore I cannot get the OTP sms to register. SO. I send an SMS for a consultant to call me yesterday 24/6/2013. Get an SMS confirming that I will be called. Cool. A consultant does call me today 25/6/2013 at 9.52am. I am on a call at the time and ask that the lady consultant calls me back in TEN (10) minutes. Its 12.43pm. Still no call. What's up with that?
