Standard Bank UCount Rewards Programme was introduced in June 2013. Since then I have been trying to Register on their website. Every time, my OTP password is being forwarded to a cell phone number that existed 10 years ago. All other transaction updates are being sent to my current cell phone number. I have since spoken to a number of consultants to try and resolve this and to date, the error has not been fixed and I am unable to spend my points earned.
I would really like someone at Standard Bank to call me for a change with a solution!
