NO WONDER EVERYONE IS MOVING TO OTHER BANKS!!!

About 2 Months ago I registered for Ucount rewards, I registered online after i received my card, about 2 weeks after that a gentleman called me asking which account they need to debit etc I gave him all the details he needed and the end of the month I checked my Ucount rewards online to see how many points I had accumulated. I logged on today and my points were about the same as before so I thought No that cant be right as I filled my tank a few times and as per Standard Bank we receive R1.00 back per Liter so i called in, the Lady I spoke to, Nicole, told me I was De-registered??? so even if I register now AGAIN i wont be getting the points and I have to pay a penalty as well... how does that work??? yet my account was debited and if it was not for Ucount then what is it for Nicole did not answer me on that either so as per usual Standard Bank just does what they want, why was I not notified of the de-registration??? I feel it is unfair that I now have to register again and I lose all the points I would have accumulated if Standard bank did not de register me and i still have to pay a Penalty as well??? Pathetic service if you ask me
