ABSA cant keep paperwork in order, FICA 5 times

Once again this weekend my ABSA accounts were frozen. After a while on the phone, I was told I have not FICA'd and my account was suspended. I had to FICA in November 2012, and again earlier in 2013. I kept the paperwork for this because the ABSA employee promised me it would be sorted. Clearly it wasn't. I am not sure if ABSA just throws the paperwork away or if incompetence creeps in and they just don't file the FICA documents but I am tiered of having to FICA because ABSA cant do their job. 2 months ago they blocked my credit card because they said they did not have my address. When I called them, they read my address to me, then send my credit card, a week later. I have been very patient with ABSA over the past 15 years, but the employee telling me that I will have to FICA again shortly was the last straw and I will be shutting ALL my absa accounts and moving to FNB. If ABSA cant get their paperwork in order, how are they managing all our money with their incompetence. Good bye Absa..today tomorrow whenever!!!
