Was at Eastgate on the 20 October 2013. Fnb had promotions for the day. I spoke to lady who told me that I would need 'proof of residence and my student card'. I made time to go to FNB norwood mall to open my account and brought everything that I was told to bring. Aftet seeing a service consultant on the 21 October 2013 she said my proof of residence was incorrect as it is not in my name or my mothers which I understand. She then told me that my student card is incorrect and i need Proof of Registration which i do not have and i have never heard of it. She did not try and assist me at all. Clearly each FNB branch gets told different information. This is unexceptable and a waste of my time as well as my mothers.
