Trying to work i made a quick call to FNB, but for the second day got hold of various controllers who i gave my story who then gave me another number and transferred me, By the fifth controller i am now furious and while telling her this she disconnects the call!!! The last controller known as Gabisille says it is policy for me to forward proof from my company what day they pay. According to my company they are able to pay between the 25th and last day of the month. All i need is my debit order changed to the 28th of the month and they refuse to do this. My salary is paid monthly to FNB and shows on my statement as unsuccessful and then they charge me. Why can't thay do a Naedos debit order so the minute my salary is paid my debit order is paid, or better still is this not my account, id number and my money??? I am furious as i definitely don't think their motto should be FNB - how can we help you. Best way to solve this - change banks!!
