Incorrect namk charges without notification

In May 2013, without my knowledge my account was changed from a student account to a regular transaction account when in fact I was still a student. Proof of registration was sent through in 2013 (although they deny receiving it.) I have a student credit card which is dated 1/13 and can opnly be received upon providing proof of registration for 2013 so there is no way they could not have been aware I was still a student. I continue to receive sms's relating to a student account. Upon request for this to be reversed, ABA PMB blamed it on me and have refused to refund anything more than one month's free a mere R138 when I am owed over R1000. I am highly unsatisfied with this response.
