I took a personal loan with Absa and added credit protector plan insurance. However i cancelled the credit protector plan on the 14th september 2013 but since then two deductions were made on my account. I then went to the branch to enquire and the manager promised to investigate and refund me within 48 hours and advised me to call their customer care centre. I did call them and they referred me back to the branch where i cancelled this product. It seems like no one is willing to help me and they are all sending me from pillar to post.
