Payment demanded by Sanlam to deliver a debit card

I applied for a Sanlam liquid debit card and it was supposed to be delivered on the 4th October 2013. On the day of delivery i recieved a call from the courier/ sanlam to confirm delivery and i told them that i had left my ID at home. They promised to reschedule and now Sanlam wants me to pay R150 for the card delivery. Why must i pay for a debit card delivery? This people did not come to my workplace to deliver, i told them in the morning that i forgot my ID at home. This is the first ..
