I reported the accident and my vehicle was towed from the scene, made an accident report and a claim was registered on the day of the accident. The drivers door was badly damaged in the accident. My problem is my vehicle is still with the panelbeater since early November and to date not repaired. The panel beater was chosen by the insurance, The panelbeater keeps on giving new expected dates at the same time the courtesy vehicle days are over. Dial direct has let me down in that I was not given a chance to choose my preferred panel beater and the repairs on my vehicle took too long and no follow up has been done in between.
I phoned dial direct on 03/12/2013 & was told that a consultant will call me within an hour, 24 hrs later I phoned and was given grief. I personally went to the panel beater yesterday and my vehicle is still not being attended to and not getting any positive feedback from the insurance or the panel beater.
I was given an extention of the coutersy car until 06/12/2013 & it doesn't look like I will have my car by then. I don't think it will be fair for me to suffer like this while I pay my premiums on time. My number is 0827354543
