CANNOT FOLLOW PROCEDURE

I have applied for the FNB cellphone on the 7th October 2013, it has not been delivered as yet, I have given them an alternative number to call on which they fail to use. They cant even do their jobs properly to update the system. Today I was contacted to say they will deliver the phone on monday which is unacceptable because no-one has even contacted me when they reached the address, but then Digital Planet calls at 1.30pm to say sorry no delivery today, after making a noise with them they sent through a delivery guy again around 3pm they called I advised I will see him in the next 5mins he didnt even bother to wait and just left. What kind of service is this! And then the give me stories about the delivery fee... I am not prepared to pay for they inconvience...
They up to no good if that was the case I should of just went to a store and purchased the cellphone. If this is the service we get from them, I would rather change my bank and have no problems!
