So I was contacted Thursday and Friday to let me know my Galaxy s4 was to be delivered Monday. I went on Hellopeter to check service level and saw quite a few delayed delivery complaints, so i decided to query mine.

I was told "sorry, we were experiencing problems and couldn't deliver today" which would have been okay if I was maybe told! I asked how they would know which address to deliver to since it was going to be delivered on a different day, and to no suprise, they did not know.

If you confirm delivery for a certain day and confirm an address to deliver on that specific day, should you not call customer to inform delay of delivery out of COURTESY? What if I am not available at that address on the day you decide to deliver??

I was even told that they cannot promise delivery tomorrow..WOW, really??? Is there anything you can tell me???

I think the whole "system issue" is a front for bad service if you ask me. I work in the courier industry and this is definately not good service.

Can you please get my phone to me asap and maybe have some info for me! Seems silly that employees cannot give info ..after all, is that not what the job entitles??
