On the 8th of May i contacted FNB to order a new device. 2 days ago the courier company Enginuity contacted me to say delivery will be in 48 hours and they asked for my address. This morning i contacted Enginuity to ask where my device is, and they asked me again for my address. Because the system didnt update the new address. So i told the lady i want delivery today, and she said hold while i transfer you to the manager. and guess what??? They dropped the phone in my ear!!! This is so unprofessional. I want delivery of my samsung S4 today 17 May 2013 at my work address. I cant believe FNB can use someone so unprofessional for couriers. I want this sorted out immedaitely!!! I want my device today!!!
