Late/No Delivery/POOR SERVICE

I applied for a smartphone, the iphone5, on fnb online and was advised that my application had been processed but that there would be a delay. i then got an sms advising me that there was no stock but that i would be contacted once the stock was in. then i got a call from digital planet who is working for fnb and Zama infomred me that my phone had arrived and she asked when i would like the phone to be delivered. i infomred her that i would like it to be delivered on the 4th of January 2013 at my offices. she said no problem. it is now the 14th and they have not delviered the phone, . i phoned fnb smartphone division or somehting like that and Sandile advised me that he could not be of assistance and said i should phone Digital planet myself. i said okay and i called them. I speak to a girl by the name of Nonkululeko and she says plainly to me with no apologies for the lack of service that the phone will not be delviered today but "MAYBE WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY". I plainly told her that this is unacceptable as she says they were not going to phone me to advise me that my phone was not coming today. she furthermore could not provide me with an exact date of delivery nor a time
