First National Bank
A Damaged Blackberry 10

I have bought a Blackberry 10 from FNB Online store, the phone worked for 1 month and it started malfunctioning and phoned the online banking division for months to no avail and i was told by all branches that they don't deal with smartphones, including dot com shops claiming i bought my smartphone online. After four months some lady called me and they pick the phone of which i obviously filled the form, to outline the problems and the current condition, which was a hardware malfunction.

The phone disappeared for a month and half until i called them and after a month i received a mail saying my phone was liquid damaged and i received my phone after 2 days unrepaired. The problem is the phone came back in a worst condition, it was continually running technical tests, rejecting the SIM and it was burn in the back cover, which showed negligence from the repairs. I sent a complaint to them and i received a call from FNB from the first time, telling me i don't have evidence their people damaged my phone and the only evidence they will accept is from their suppliers/friends and they are not going to replace my phone and they refused point black for a meeting to present evidence.
