Excellent customer service and experience

Good day
On Mon I called in to request for a settlement amount, Noma answered the phone and then interupted me by saying 'mam we having technical problems' and put me on hold without giving me a hold time and I held up to 5min and dropped the call, Yesterday I called and the agent coundnt hear me clearly but I could hear her, she kept saying, mam i cant hear you and on the 3rd time she rudely said I-cant-hear you so I have to drop the call and she did, so clearly these 2 ladies forget they there to answer our calls and assist us, they forgot the promises they made at the interview and dont know their job description forget that customers are the reason they have a job to start with.

Then I called for the 3rd time and opted for a call back, and at 20:30 last night Vuyo called regarding the query, he was very professional, efficient, polite and educating and even emailed the settlment letter, so Capfin needs alot of consultants like Vuyo who knows why they wrearing those headsets and call themselves call centre consultants, Vuyo is a very valuable asset to the company, and I would like to deal with him everythime I think of doing business with Capfin, Well done Vuyo :)
