UNHAPPY WITH THE NON PERFORMANCE OF THE Z10

I UPGRADED TO THE BLACKBERRY Z10 ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO, FROM WEEK TWO I STARTED EXPERIENCING NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE, I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING EVEN MORE PROBLEMS, THE BBM MESSAGES DO NOT GO THROUGH AND COME BACK WITH BIG FAT CROSSES- I CALLED TECHNICAL SUPPORT NUMEROUS TIMES AND TRIED EVERYTHING THEY TOLD ME, IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING, SECONDLY MY BLACK BERRY EMAIL ADDRESS CANNOT WORK ON THERE, I HAD TO USE A CARRIER ADDRESS FOR A YEAR, THEN THE BLACKBERRY WORLD DOES NOT WORK, AGAIN I CALLED IN NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THIS, AFTER THE SECOND WEEK, I TRIED TO TAKE THE PHONE BACK AND WAS TOLD I CANNOT DO SO, DOES THE CPA NOT STATE THAT I CAN RETURN DAMAGED GOODS FOR A FULL REFUND IF I WANT TO, THE TOUCH DOES NOT EVEN WORK PROPERLY AND THE PHONE HAS LCD DAMAGE ON THE HOME PAGE WHICH COMES AND GOES, THIS PHONE IS A NIGHTMARE AND I ABSOLUTLEY HATE IT, I INSISTS ON YOU TAKING THIS PHONE BACK BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT A DAMAGED PHONE, THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT LADY EVEN TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A BATCH OF DAMAGED PHONES PRODUCED, WHY SHOULD I KEEP SOMETHING AND PAY FOR A SERVICE AND PRODUCT THAT IS DAMAGED, THIS AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME, I EVEN WENT TO THE STORE!
