I had housebreaking two weeks ago and I must say it was quite traumatic.
But Discovery insure was very professional and the claim was really handled well. The Claims Assessor was very professional and we worked through everything together.
On Tuesday we finalised the claim and she submitted it to the Claims Clerk for payment.
I was glad because some items really need urgent replacement. I also need the money to make urgent upgrades to my security, as the can come back at any time.
It is now almost three working days later and I still have not heard anything from this person, or received any payment. Since I am with the same bank as Discovery, it is not due to inter-banking transaction time.
Can someone please let me know when this payment will be finalised?
