I bought a Blackberry Curve 9300 via FNB online banking and received the phone in good order. The phone was faulty from day 1, but I only booked it in a few days later (still within the 7 day time frame to get it swapped-out). The phone was collected on 22 January by BrightPoint couriers and was sent to Cell C on the 25 January. On 4 Februarie I was told that its going to take more 2 weeks for Cellc to "assess" the phone to validate the swap-out.
I'm to the point where I want to cancel the contract and get my money back, this is HORRIBLE service! I wasn't even offered a courtesy phone! This means I'm going to pay for a phone I've not had for almost a month.
