Poor Customer service and unwillingness to assist

On 3/10/13, we cancelled our EFT mech.with ABSA since then have been unable to do anything on our bus.acc. We left it thinking that ABSA's sys.were down, the fwg day we attempted again and again no luck. We went to the Bluff branch to enquire and was told that this is due to FICA req, we have had the acc.for /-6 yrs & not once have we been contacted for further docs. After further questioning we were told that our comp.has been dereg.& they have placed a hold on the acc.we informed them that we have changed from a CC to a sole prop. /- 2 years ago & it has only now become a problem. We were requested to produce proof of this via our accountant in order to get the matter resolved, however, when providing the letter from the accountant today Dalene informs that the letter is unaccept.& that we need to re-reg the bus&only once we receive the receipt of pay.of the re-reg can she assist further. We cannot do anything, we are being told one thing and then being told another. I am very displeased with the level of service that I have rec. with ABSA, the attitude of the staff mem. in the bus sec is appalling and I do not appreciate the manner in which my sit. has been handled. I would like to close it
