The window switch of my Kia Cerato was replaced in 2019 by Kia Centurion at a cost of R2800. In Dec. 2023 the same problem occurred. Quote to replace the switch: R4500. I find this completely unacceptable and insist that Kia South Africa replace this part free of charge. This switch was a factory fault and should definitely last longer than only 3 years. in fact, it was not used a lot as I am working from home from Covid 2020. Please advise.
