Finding a delay to pay!

My mom died 24/02/2013 at the age of 59. Once she turned 60 in July she would receive her pension fund held with Alexander Forbes, which would have taken 6wks. However since she died, things became complicated and it is now a death claim. From the start feed back was minimal. I made monthly calls and always the same response "We await a trustees resolution". I phoned until June, yet a trustee was appointed only in JULY and even he said he had no prior knowledge of the claim. Clearly someone wasn't doing his/her job. Now after numerous meetings by the UTI board of trustees (my mom was on their pay roll) we are still being messed around and now being asked for tax numbers. Why was this not requested 4 months ago when we had to complete mountains of paper work?? Alexander Forbes along with The trustees are excellent in delaying this. And during all your delays me & my baby brother had to leave our family home. As if that's not enough, you rob us from closure to! To the liason officer or whoever responding, I want this resolved NOW. To everyone else, I urge you to draw up wills to protect your loved ones instead of leave their fate in the hands of strangers who don't give a!
