My loan debit order is scheduled to go off on the 13th December 2013, I am only getting paid on the 14th. I will have to pay for an unpaid debit for this and it will negatively impact my credit record...
I did see my statement with the cut off date but I called the call center today only (I had work commitments and did not get a chance to call any sooner) and the lady says she cant change the debit order date! I find this hard to believe!
I am extremely annoyed that the debit order date cannot be changed. She did tell me that my unpaid debit fee will be paid by nedbank but what about my credit record?
I am sure some senior person can change the date???
