I cannot believe you have a slogan like "how can we help" because you clearly cannot help me. my device was . i reported it to the police station and sent through all documents to FNB Insurance on the 10th. up to now i have not received any feedback from them. i have to call each and every time and when i do call i get told authorization hasn't taken place yet. why not? why does it take so long???
i can promise you the service keeps getting worse and worse with you. definitely will make a plan to change banks.
