I'm not sure but I think I excepted a MTN Valued Customer deal with Alexander Forbes where I got accidental death cover, hospital cover, ambulance and air support and a death cover if in accidental death or disabled.
I'm not sure as Alexander Forbes can not give me a straight answer too I think I took this deal with the MTN/ Alexander Forbes in 2002-3 now thy say I only have an accidental cover and it was taken in 2009. I have asked for the voice recording from the MTN rep and now have to wait.
I don't under stand now I'm in a pickle is it MTN OR ALEXANDER FORBES!!!
Please contact me about thus is wrong to Chang a policy if it is being discontinued. As per the phone call from Alexander Forbes.
I did not want to go off my deal it was a good deal.
I think there was a miss communication and need to fix it now.
