Alexader Forbes provides the worst ever service to their clients, my company has send my with draw forms to them already on the 29th August 2013, they still have not processed or even started the with draw forms of a retirement fund, please don't invest in Alexander Forbes the service I recieved from ABSA pension fund with draw and claims was much better than the service I got from Alexander forbes Retirement they keep on passing the bucket you never get one person or administrator that can assist, and you waste time and air time as you never get assistance just transferred from one person to another, and today everyone is off at Alexander forbes no one is in the office to assist.
