I had claimed for my car on the 10 of August 2013. I have been liaising with the claims department, and everyday i get promised the balance of my payment. I am getting very tired of having to do a follow up every week, since date. good customer service is when they get back to me "promptly". I hope this can be resolved, as i had to do all the running around, to get this sorted. This is the first insurance company that i have been with that pays out the way they did. (Even the payment of my mags of sunroof, was ridiculous... Depreciated and then paid, even though i paid a separate premium for these things).
