Intergisure takes too long to finalise a claim

I have reverted my short term- and buildings insurance to Integrisure, effective 1 July 2013.
a Warm welcome letter was received and the transformation process was handled very professionally.

Unfortunately, my wife was in an accident on 7 August 2013, where by a 3rd party smashed into her car's back while she was stationary at a yield sign, waiting for oncoming traffic to clear,

On Monday, 19 August 2013, I was told by Herman that the claim should be resolved by Tuesday, 20 August 2013.
On Tuesday, 20 August 2013, I was informed that the claim should be resolved by Wednesday, 21 August 2013.
On Wednesday, 21 August 2013, I was informed that SANTAM representative was there and the claim should be resolved by Thursday, 22 August 2013. I was then told that the claim should be resolved by Friday, 23/08/2013. This morning, I was told that the claim will definitely be finalised today. Regrettably, I received a call later this morning from Antoinette informing me that further investigation is required and feedback won't be available before next Wednesday, 28/08/2013. I intend to refer this matter to the Ombudsman if not resolved by 27/08/2013, twenty days after the accident occurred.
