PAY THE ACCOUNT, WE PAY OUR SUBS

E: hold up of payment since December last year
I am so tired of gems, first they are so rude, offering supposedly excellent customer services and then they talk to you and promptly cut the line? My husband went to the dentist on 14 December 2012. The account still has not been paid. Everytime I phone they have another excuse. First it was ICD 10 codes weren't there and they were. Secondly, it was a duplicate claim, Thirdly promised most faithfully that it would be paid the next week and receive about 10 messages saying they were making payment on different days, it still is not paid. I was on the phone now with a Darren on 0860004367 and he just says it has been placed on hold and he is not sure why! That is not good enough I can't go back to the dentist if the account is not paid!!! I have written to Hello Peter and I am posting this on facebook as well as twitter. I think it is disgusting.
