I have had insurance with Outsurance for just over a year. On the 26 August I cancelled my insurance with them because a better cover with another insrance company. On the 28 August then deducted the full premium from my account via debit order. I called them and told them that as I had paid my premiums in advance they were not entitled to the premium for August. The consultant promised that they would refund the premum on 30 September 2013. To date the premium has not been refunded. Outsurance was not entitled to deduct the premium. I request that the full premium be retuned to me and be paid into my bank account.
