Claim not paid

About a year ago i was in an accident i bumped into a tree and the car burned out .They got a guy to investigate the accident and was very unprofessional, they denied the claim of no given reasons they did not give us any reasons on why denied the claim . When you are owe them money like when a premium is not paid they are on our case to pay but if they have to pay then they are full of . I will never use integrisure again.
